Shipping Policy/Terms of Service

*Shipping Policy:

Nude CBD regularly ships order within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed online. As a disclaimer, when choosing shipping options, please understand that refers to the time it takes for the carrier to ship your order once they receive the product from our warehouse. This expedited shipping charge does not refer to the time it would take the lab to process and produce the orders. It refers to the time it takes for the package to be delivered once the carrier receives it. -If you would like your order expedited over the line of orders ahead of you in the backlog, we charge an expedited fee of 5% of the order, in order to expedite it through production in the lab. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

*International Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to inform you that UPS is still shipping internationally and our international customers are still able to place an order with UPS as it’s carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Terms of Sale:

Website prices, order invoice values, and any other monetary values displayed are listed in US Dollars only. International payment methods will reflect the conversion rates at the time of the transaction as calculated by the payment method provider.

Return Policy:

Nude CBD offers a 7-day (seven) return policy based on adherence to quality and customer service. If you feel that the solutions and/or products in your order do not meet the published USP or other quality specifications, please notify us within 7 days of your concern. Our analytical laboratory staff will confirm the minimum purity specification required by USP and guarantee such purity by standard methods under our quality system compliant with ISO 17025. If it is found that your product does not meet these purity specifications, your product will be replaced immediately and free of charge within the first 7 days of receipt of your product(s) and/or solution(s). In addition, if for any reason you believe your order to contain incorrect or missing items, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve your issue within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please provide us with your order number and lot number, as it will allow us to locate chemical and manufacturing data on the liquid in question. Unless the product ordered is unavailable and cannot be re-manufactured for a replacement when requested, full refunds will not be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Restocking fee of 20% may be applied.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND ORDER CANCELLATION:

After placing an order that has now shipped, the buyer can no longer cancel the order. Seller may accept returns of normal stock goods for a period of seven (7) days following shipment for exchange; provided, that the goods must be in their original cartons, unopened and unused and are subject to appropriate restocking fees equal to the greater of (1) the cost incurred by Seller from its Vendor as a result of the cancellation, or (2) 50% of the purchase price. Any goods, stock or direct, ordered by Seller as Buyer-specific and/or non-returnable to its Vendor are subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the product. Please note: We do not accept returns on any CBD products no matter the condition or time period it was purchased and delivered in. Since CBD begins to degrade/oxidize immediately once it leaves our facility, it would ultimately be deemed unusable for resale or reuse. Always verify your orders before placing, as there are no exceptions to this rule.

EXCUSABLE DELAYS:

Seller shall have no liability if its performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of nature, labor disputes, government priorities, transportation delays, insolvency or other inability to perform by Seller’s Vendor, or any other commercial impracticability. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of delay. Should shipments be held or stored beyond the delivery date for convenience of Buyer, Seller may, at its option, assess reasonable charges for any expense incident to such.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for products that are unavailable and cannot be re-manufactured for a replacement when requested, and completely exclude propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and any product containing CBD. All other refund requests, if determined to be appropriate, will be issued store credit or a replacement at Nude CBD’S discretion.

Exchanges / Store Credit:

To be eligible for exchange, we require our customers to email us within 7 days of delivery notification to alert us of damaged product, for which we may request more information (pictures, etc.) If it is determined that the damaged product is returnable, we may ask for the product to be returned before a replacement is sent out. A replacement should be made or sent, If a replacement is not available we will issue a store credit in the dollar amount for the said item. Any shipping costs associated with shipping returnable product back to Nude CBD is the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated by Nude CBD.

Sale Items:

Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged and cannot be re-manufactured for a replacement when requested, and completely exclude propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and any product containing CBD. Consider revision depending upon a review of the first section.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Nude CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. In the event of an inquiry for lost or stolen packages, Nude CBD will confirm delivery/date of delivery/tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Terms Expanded:

*You accept responsibility for the input and verification of correct billing and shipping information for payment processing and shipping purposes.

*Nude CBD Inc is not responsible for non-deliverable shipments, delayed deliveries, replacement product value, or replacement product shipping costs due to incorrectly input billing and shipping information.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returned items. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

*If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping Terms & Insurance:

Nude CBD Offers Insurance on orders with International Shipping, If you would like to add this to your order place Email us Putustowork@nudenicotine.com within 24 hours for add quote of Insurance. Nude CBD is not responsible for packages held at customs or lost during shipping overseas, Confirmed to be delivered to the address entered into an order. Insurance is based on total cost of purchased items and will cover if lost or held. In the event of an inquiry for lost or stolen packages, Nude CBD will confirm delivery/date of delivery/tracking and shipping Insurance carrier information for the customer to investigate.
